We use only non-GMO corn and no trans fats. Chips, pupusas and tostadas have no preservatives.

We make corn tortillas, pupusas, chips and tostadas, using only Non-GMO corn. Nixtamalization, the traditional Mayan method of cooking corn, allows us to offer a flavorful, free of preservatives or trans fat, corn chip.
