eat is a catering and chef services company that brings wholesome and  thoughtfully prepared food to the ann arbor area. From small dinner parties with an at-home chef to larger events such as weddings or graduations parties, eat offers unique options with individualized service. Blake and Helen, of eat, carefully source their ingredients to allow the food full expression within authentic food traditions. 

	
Food is inherently beautiful. We do not build 'food creations' or make dishes up, but allow carefully-sourced ingredients full expression within authentic food traditions. Locally sourced, traditionally-made food, prepared and served with attention to detail and care creates a sense of abundance and well-being that will make every eat event and meal truly special and uniquely yours. This business is a natural extension of our commitment to community, to each other and to you.

We will be opening for carry-out on Tuesday, November 15th, 2011 at 11 am! Stop by Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 pm. to pick up your meal to go!
