Willow Wellness Studio, a fully equipped Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, and Pilates studio, opened in January 2009. Willow is located at Washington Square, 202 E. Washington, Suite 311 in Ann Arbor. Willow grew out of a desire to create a truly client-oriented, mind-body fitness studio with an emphasis on community building.  In addition to fitness instruction, Willow will host various talks for the public on a range of subjects designed to inspire and entertain.
Willow offers private and small group instruction to a wide range of clients.  In addition to traditional group classes Willow offers classes designed for pre-teens, seniors, and mother/father/baby classes.  The instructors at Willow have undergone rigorous training and the movement systems used can be modified for people of all ages and fitness levels.  Special emphasis is placed on how to use the principles of the movement in daily living so that clients may take their lessons ‘out of the studio’ with them. We offer private and small group instruction in the Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and Pilates mind-body movement systems as well as massage.  We serve people of all ages and fitness levels.  Special emphasis is placed on how to use the principles of the movement in daily living.
