We provide people with disabilities living options, life choices and control of their futures.

We envision that individuals with disabilities live successfully in their communities.

We develop affordable housing for low to moderate income families in Southeast Michigan through new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, and home buyer education.  

We believe that vulnerable populations deserve to fully participate in the greater community through homeownership and supportive services that allow for   independence and self-sufficiency.    

The Community Residence Corporation Family of Agencies includes Community Residence Corp. Community Housing Alternatives & Community Living Network. Together, these agencies provide housing & living options for those with disabilities, & individuals & families with low to moderate incomes.
