India may not create a big deal with proposed extension of moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions at crucial World Trade Organization (WTO) meeting scheduled from June 12 . Currently, under the WTO moratorium, countries do not impose customs duties on cross-border e-commerce transactions.
