The New Hampshire Tech Alliance competition is back in 2021, and executives are looking for the Granite State’s most innovative ideas for their Product of the Year award.

The popular contest is open to any business with a head office, subsidiary or division based in New Hampshire.

According to them website, the Product of the Year competition is one of the state’s largest business events and provides finalists and winners with visibility through the judging process and product demonstrations.

The winning company’s product is showcased at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in a display that is seen by thousands of travelers entering and exiting the airport.

Product of the Year Committee Chair Lisa King said this year’s competition will be fueled by overcoming the obstacles and challenges of 2020.

“2021 will showcase our own innovation at the event as well as some incredible new products and technologies,” King said in a statement.

Technology industries are diverse in New Hampshire and include computer support, business software, consulting, computer hardware, medical technology, manufacturing, and education.

Alliance leaders estimate that 12.6% of the state’s gross domestic product is generated by the tech sector.

The Product of the Year event is scheduled for October 28. Applications must be submitted on September 1.
